Rob has worked as a business change consultant in the care sector since 2007 with Oxfordshire County Council, Essex County Council, Surrey County Council, Bristol City Council and Birmingham City Council. He has also worked extensively with the Department of Health to help councils in south-west England implement re-ablement services. With a particularly strong information technology background Rob was for eight years the Assistant Director of ICT at Drum Housing Association in Hampshire, where he introduced a number of innovative and ground-breaking systems for the sector at the time and which are now seen as standard. |
Lynn Osborne |
Lynn has worked in social care for 20 years, starting as a carer in a nursing home and at a domiciliary care agency where she subsequently managed the service and the supported housing team for homeless people aged 16–65 years. Since 2008 Lynn has provided consultancy support to local authorities including Bristol City Council and Southampton City Council, working with in-house Domiciliary Care Teams to improve performance and create successful Reablement Services. |
