Woodlands Gate is an impressive building with a large purpose built extension offering an excellent standard of accommodation and care. Situated in Pedmore, with easy access to Stourbridge town centre and all amenities, the Home is situated in a quiet residential road and has considerable charm and character. The moment you arrive at Woodlands Gate you will be made to feel at home. Our highly experienced staff team are dedicated to making your stay, whether it be for a short break or on a more permanent basis, as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The 21 residents are accommodated over 17 single bedrooms, and 2 shared bedrooms, all with washing facilities. Private telephones can be connected to each bedroom if required and television points are provided. All rooms are centrally heated and double-glazed. Although tastefully decorated and furnished, residents may bring in their own items of furniture.

Woodlands Gate has a large dining room, a TV lounge, a sun lounge and a quiet lounge. There is wheelchair access throughout and a 5 person lift serves both floors. There are 2 bathrooms, both of which are adapted for disabled residents, as well as a number of disabled toilets spread around the Home. A staff call system operates in all bedrooms and common rooms with additional protection provided by fire alarm systems and secondary lighting.

The mature garden has a patio as well as a lawned area with and herbaceous borders. In addition the garden benefits from a delightful water feature. There is a pathway around the garden to enable wheelchair access. Tubs are available for residents to plant in the summer.
