The idea will be to spend time exploring why the human mind and body needs both physical and mental stimulation, then look at the possible benefits, and continue the theme with simple ways of introducing physical and mental stimulation. The presentation will demonstrate how we can change the mood of a group of people and individuals, by performing simple tasks. We will explore the five senses, using a small range of equipment to demonstrate shapes, sounds, lights, and aromas, and this will show how ‘anyone’ can be involved in a stimulating activity programme.
